Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Acts as the primary point of contact for the Agency for contract and operations needs and issues with authorization to make management-level decisions regarding the contract. Duties may include, but not limited to:

    Providing direction to the teams.
  • Preparing and managing the overall project work plan.
    Planning, organizing, monitoring, and overseeing staff in meeting business strategies, and technology development.
  • Managing cross functional teams.
  • Understanding needs of business users as well as development and service support areas.
  • Working with customer to define program and project goals, plans, and reports.
  • Interfacing with senior management.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Able to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience managing a project plan
  • Experience with development and implementation

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
