As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that generate awareness and drive pipeline growth across AHEAD's West Region. This highly collaborative role partners closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align strategy, ensure flawless execution, and report on performance and outcomes.
Serving as the primary bridge between the West Region and the broader marketing organization, you will ensure tight coordination across teams, consistency in messaging and branding, and effective activation of campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional deliverables. You'll also champion regional engagement in national campaigns-helping to localize content, refine audience targeting, and align messaging to meet regional business needs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in field marketing and a hands-on approach to execution. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Experience Marketing, with a dotted-line to the EVP of Sales for the West. It offers a unique opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on regional business growth.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
