What you'll be doing...

The Technical PM has overall responsibility for planning, organizing, managing, tracking, and reporting for the integration of customer enterprise programs and projects with EIS provided services and support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing systems engineering and project control functions, which include studies and analyses leading to the development of implementation plans and processes to meet customer specific service objectives.

  • Identifying, evaluating, and managing implementation of information technologies to integrate organization's systems and interface with customers and suppliers; enable users to access and manipulate information across a variety of technology platforms and organizational boundaries.

  • Evaluating functions from an enterprise and strategic perspective.

  • Designing, implementing, and operating configuration and change management systems that support telecommunications operations.

  • May be required to participate in site visits with CMS and contractors.

  • Preparing and/or assigning team members to prepare new service orders MACD (moves, adds, changes, and disconnects) service orders, and administrative record changes.

  • Preparing and/or assigning team members to prepare and submit documentation disputing billing exceptions and tracking disputes through cost recovery.

What we're looking for...

You will work well in a cross functional customer facing team. Strong communication skills verbally and written. Strong team working skills.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Knowledge or product specific training on solutions featuring data, voice and mixed-media applications such as Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies, Voice over IP(VoIP), Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) based services and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) voice integration.

  • Experience at an enterprise level and working in cross-functional teams to assist with the development of strategic and enterprise plans

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A PMP

  • Managed programs and/or user experience design

  • Worked on Government contracts - EIS preferred

  • Exceptional time management skills.

  • Customer facing service experience.

  • Coordinate work between various levels of technical personnel.

Where you'll be working

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $75,000.00 - $123,000.00. The annual salary range for the Maryland location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $75,000.00 - $123,000.00.
