Job Title: Sales Support Representative Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative to join our team. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with the added perk of working from home on Fridays. You will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for clients and potential clients seeking information on order quotes. Parking is conveniently covered by the company. Responsibilities * Serve as the main point of contact for clients and potential clients seeking information on order quotes. * Research customer requests and conduct thorough research to provide accurate pricing. * Become the main contact for projects once clients decide to proceed with quoted rates. * Communicate with customers regarding any delays or updates on project timelines. * Act as a liaison between internal channels and the client to ensure seamless communication. Essential Skills * Strong customer service skills. * Experience in quoting and account management. * Previous experience in handling client communication as the primary contact. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in the logistics or trucking industry is highly advantageous. * Prior experience with order entry or quoting products is preferred. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $26.45/hr.
