*Description*
Top Technical & Operational Skills 1. MacBook Provisioning & Lifecycle Management - Hands-on experience provisioning MacBooks - Familiarity with Apple M1 hardware and refresh cycles (e.g., 4-year lifecycle). - Managing returns and restocking of used inventory. - Coordinating logistics for high-volume device refresh (e.g., 100 devices/month). 2. IT Asset Management - Working closely with SMEs like Lee for tracking, reporting, and managing IT assets. - Experience with asset return processes and inventory planning. 3. Project Coordination & Execution - Supporting a laptop refresh project with potential scope extension beyond 3 months. - Ability to rescope contractor roles and manage project timelines. - Reporting into multiple stakeholders (e.g., Q and Lee). 4, Security Collaboration - Experience working with heads of security or IT security teams. - Budget awareness and ability to align provisioning with security needs. 5. Onsite IT Support - Full-time onsite presence (5 days/week). - Willingness to support additional areas like "Tech Garden" as needed. Preferred Experience & Attributes 1. Year Up Program Alumni or Similar Fast-Track Experience - Candidates who've gone through intensive, hands-on IT training programs and can quickly adapt. 2. Adaptability & Initiative - Ability to jump into a fast-paced environment and take ownership of provisioning and refresh tasks. 3. Strong Communication & Reporting - Clear communication with multiple stakeholders and ability to provide status updates. Project Duration & Structure Initial Duration: 4-5 months, with potential for extension. Interview Process: Single round.
