Role Overview: The Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) Operations team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide engagement and visibility across AI, Data, and Technology. This high-impact role focuses on delivering value by creating opportunities for learning, innovation, and best practice sharing through compelling content and experiences. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of education, community building, and program management, and bring creativity, collaboration, and organizational excellence to their work. As a proactive leader, you will drive high-visibility engagement initiatives, lead internal and external communications, and serve as a key connector across the organization. You'll also manage an Associate and summer intern to scale execution and amplify impact. What You'll Do: As part of the AI&D Operations team, you will lead initiatives that foster connection, learning, and culture across AI, Data, and Technology. Your work will elevate visibility, build community, and support strategic transformation. End-to-End Event Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the AI&D Head of Education and Engagement to design and deliver a portfolio of programs that promote continuous learning and collaboration across AI&D and the enterprise.
- Own and lead the planning and execution of AI&D-hosted and sponsored events including:
- Quarterly meetings, AMAs, strategic offsites, AI&D related showcases, hackathons, product trainings, socials, guest speakers, the annual Innovation Summit, etc.
- Manage agenda development, speaker coordination, rehearsals, stakeholder alignment, tech setup, end-to-end event logistics, material creation and post-event communications.
Communication and Content Development:
- Lead the development of a strategic, multi-channel communications plan to amplify AI&D programs and achievements across the enterprise and externally.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content such as newsletters, executive presentations, thought leadership pieces, intranet campaigns, and video storytelling.
- Ensure content effectively translates complex, technical initiatives into accessible, compelling messages for diverse audiences, from senior leadership to frontline teams.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Shape and guide the strategy for building and sustaining active communities of practice that foster collaboration, peer learning, and cross-functional innovation.
- Serve as a strategic partner and connector across teams and aligning education and engagement efforts with enterprise transformation goals.
- Cultivate relationships with internal influencers, business leaders, and support functions (e.g., HR, Communications, etc.) to extend reach and impact.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
- Define and monitor program KPIs and engagement metrics across learning, events, and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational outcomes.
- Lead the design and implementation of feedback loops that surface insights and inform iterative improvements across engagement strategies.
- Champion a culture of innovation by embedding experimentation, pilot testing, and creative approaches into program development and delivery.
Leadership and People Management
- Supervise and develop an Associate-level team member to support the execution of events, content creation, communications, and daily operations.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in program coordination, employee engagement, event planning, internal communications, change management and program development. Demonstrated success in delivering educational or culture-building programming and building strong relationships in a technology-driven environment.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with strategic foresight, attention to detail, and high-quality execution across diverse stakeholders and functions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Initiative: A proactive, self-starter who drives execution with autonomy and accountability.
- Creativity: Ability to design innovative and engaging learning experiences.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency with collaboration and content tools.
- People Management: Experience mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Design, content creation, or digital storytelling experience.
- Strong interest or background in AI, data, or technology fields.
- Proven success operating within and influencing large, matrixed organizations-navigating complexity and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- Track record of applying data and engagement metrics to inform strategy, evaluate impact, and drive continuous program optimization.
Pay Transparency Salary Range:$122,500-$200,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
