Position Title: Production
Wage: $16.00 - $22.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Are you simply working for the weekend? Apply now to begin your meaningful career through QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Production at a company in Ankeny, IA. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Production Responsibilities: - Create all types of signs -- vinyl, illuminated, digital, and various outside sign products or components - Mask, weed and apply vinyl to various substrates - Apply vehicle, wall, door and window graphics - Use an X-Acto knife, tape measure, ruler and production tools efficiently - Load and operate a hot/cold pressure laminator following standard safety precautions - Load and cut vinyl on a plotter - Output digital print graphics - Operate vertical panel saw, cutting tools and router using standard safety procedures - Operate board trimmer, print trimmer or other finishing equipment - Maintain machinery in good working order - Travel to different locations within the community to preview work areas, give estimates, and install various types of signs Requirements for Production: - High attention to detail - Customer service experience - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to pass basic math and spelling tests - Valid driver's license - Able to occasionally lift up to 80lbs - Able to climb a ladder while lifting signs and operating aerial lift equipment - Comfortable working inside and outside in any weather desmoinesresume@qpsemployment.com IND092 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
