Wage: $23.34 + $.50 shift differential

Essential Functions:



  • Effectively start up, shutdown, and changeover both extrusion lines.
  • Ensure extrusion lines operate at peak efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure plastic sheets and rolls meet or exceed customer and MDI standards.
  • Ensure all team members are adequately trained.
  • Ensure all employees times are properly assigned to production manufacturing orders .
  • Works independently, efficiently manages time, and uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Employ effective, respectful and persuasive spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions and/or Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all current company policies.
  • Ensure effective employee relations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, techniques, and processes.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Functions effectively in a fast paced, diverse, team environment.
  • Assist with department cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • 1 year or more related experience required
  • Able to effectively perform all basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.)
  • Ability to effectively read, interpret and communicate industry and customer specific documentation.
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
  • Verified eligibility for employment in the United States.
