Lead Salesforce Administration with Confidence You'll ensure the Salesforce is secure, efficient, and evolving with need-driving business improvements that keep our teams performing at their best. Own Platform Administration: Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and access requests across the enterprise. Champion System Enhancements: Research, recommend, and implement new features and tools to support continuous improvement. Guide and Support Teams: Provide expert-level support and training internal users to maximize adoption and effectiveness. Optimize Processes: Build and maintain workflows, approvals, and validation rules that streamline operations. Ensure Data Integrity: Audit, validate, and resolve data issues to maintain accurate reporting and insights. Deliver Results in a Tech-Driven Environment Your leadership ensures Salesforce remains a reliable, scalable, and impactful platform across the organization. Manage Upgrades & Testing: Coordinate platform upgrades, integrations, and deployments with precision. Industry Experience: 5+ years of advanced Salesforce administration. Education & Credentials: Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Experience Cloud Consultant preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Professional Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and solve complex problems with innovative thinking. Communication Strengths: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
