Located in our Greenville plant, you will be a Quality Technician. Key Responsibilities (to name a few) Perform quality tests/inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc. at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards. Communicate when the standards/processes are not being followed. Recommend modifications to existing, or suggest new, standards, methods and procedures. Read prints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards. Use gages to measure products and confirm conformity. Remove products that don't meet production standards and recommend strategies to improve product quality. Accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production team and quality team. Other tasks or duties as assigned. About You Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred One year of manufacturing experience in quality, preferred Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required WHY GATES?
