Leads multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating and expenses, increase revenues and enhance customer service. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or another related engineering discipline. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years experience in industrial engineering or related engineering experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical, computer and communication skills. Ability to develop operating plans and conduct studies Knowledge to set strategies Ability to transform of business processes and operational tools into actionable tools Preferred Qualifications: Preferred skills: Large scale or global project leadership. FedEx, Amazon, DHL, Airline or Freight Forwarded operations and/or planning experience desired. Station, Ramp and/or Hub experience in individual contributor role. Diverse experience a plus (operations, engineering, IT, business). Software/Tool Skills: Power BI, Operations Technology (Scanning, Weight/Balance, Planning Software, Density/Capacity Exposure) .
