The Product Manager Principal connects the Experience Architecture and Customer Experimentation teams, ensuring strategic alignment, process efficiency, and delivery excellence. This role manages work intake, processes, and execution for both teams, while partnering with commercial portfolio stakeholders to link rapid experimentation with high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

* Run the operating model connecting both teams, ensuring consistent processes and smooth collaboration - enabling faster decision-making and reducing delivery friction.

* Manage work intake and prioritization for both teams - ensuring the highest-value work moves forward while balancing short-term experimentation with long-term strategic goals.

* Oversee delivery processes from initiation to completion - maintaining momentum, visibility, and accountability across all initiatives.

* Facilitate key touchpoints including daily standups, weekly demos, planning sessions, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates - keeping teams aligned and issues resolved quickly.

* Maintain Kanban workflows and tracking tools - providing real-time visibility that supports transparency and performance measurement.

* Link experimentation to strategy via a continuous feedback loop - ensuring learnings from experiments directly inform and accelerate major initiatives.

* Engage with external business stakeholders within the commercial portfolio - aligning priorities, validating needs, and ensuring business outcomes are met.

* Drive process improvements to streamline inflow/outflow of work - reducing cycle times and increasing delivery capacity without sacrificing quality.

* Prioritization & Decision-Making - Strong capability to assess incoming work, balance competing priorities, and focus on the highest-value initiatives.

* Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including external business leaders within a commercial portfolio.

* Agile & Lean Practices - Deep understanding of agile methodologies, Kanban, and iterative delivery models, with experience facilitating daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.

* Analytical Mindset - Ability to interpret data, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into actionable process or delivery improvements.

* Clear Communicator - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey priorities, progress, and value across technical and non-technical audiences.

* Change Leadership - Skilled at guiding teams through process changes, building buy-in, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Tool Proficiency - Familiarity with workflow management and collaboration tools (e.g., Agility, Confluence, Lucid, ADO, or similar).

* Results Orientation - Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in complex, multi-team environments.

Qualifications

* Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

* Experience - 8+ years in product management, program management, or operational leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing cross-functional teams or multi-team delivery frameworks.

* Industry Knowledge - Background in customer experience, digital product delivery, or enterprise transformation within a commercial, technology, or logistics environment preferred.

* Agile Certification - Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe POPM, PMI-ACP) a plus.

* Proven Track Record - Demonstrated success in aligning multiple workstreams to strategic priorities and delivering measurable business impact.

* Stakeholder Engagement - Experience managing relationships and aligning priorities with senior business stakeholders and portfolio leaders.

* Tool Expertise - Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid, or equivalent.

* Change Enablement - Experience leading process adoption, team onboarding to new frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Seven plus (7+) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. A directly related master's degree is equivalent to two (2) years' experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US pay range: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly
