Job Description The Digital Marketing Analytics Program Manager is a key leader within the Marketing and Communications department, responsible for shaping and advancing El Camino Health's digital marketing analytics strategy. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions, optimize digital engagement, and elevate the patient experience across all digital touchpoints. The Program Manager will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of analytics programs that support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare. By fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and leveraging the latest analytics technologies, this position will play a critical role in enhancing our digital presence, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are both impactful and patient-centric. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall structure and execution of digital marketing analytics programs, aligning them with El Camino Health's broader marketing goals and patient-centric mission
- Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital marketing initiatives that support organizational growth and strategic objectives.
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple digital channels (websites, email, social media, etc.) to track performance, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex analytics findings into clear, actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies, improve user experience, and drive business results.
- Lead significant technical projects related to marketing analytics, including communication planning and implementation across departments.
- Work collaboratively with various departments (Data Engineering, IT, Clinical Teams, Communications, Marketing) on analytics initiatives, data integrations and new projects
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with leadership stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure the data integrity of marketing-related data in analytical platforms, including Medallia Decibel, Salesforce Datorama, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tealium.
- Implement and maintain data governance standards for marketing analytics data.
- Stay current with emerging marketing analytics technologies and methodologies to continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
- Provide training and support to empower end-users for self-service analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Create compelling visual frameworks and storytelling approaches to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing analytics, with understanding of healthcare compliance and privacy considerations.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing successful digital marketing analytics programs.
Skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Tealium, and similar tools.
- Experience with tag management systems and implementation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, particularly in healthcare settings.
- Understanding of web analytics, SEO/SEM principles, and social media metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into strategic insights.
- Excellent presentation abilities, with experience communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with emphasis on enhancing patient digital experiences.
Salary Range: $70.84 - $106.26 USD Hourly
