Market Specialist - Adjuvants & Crop Protection

This position is required to be on-site and is located in Loveland, CO.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this position will assist with content decisions and approval of communication materials, edits and reviews communication materials for accuracy and completeness, and collaborates with portfolio managers to effectively execute across a variety of initiatives by performing the following duties:

What will you do:

• Support key brand, category or portfolio initiatives that effectively reach and connect with target consumers.
• Act as a brand champion across the business. Work collaboratively with Creative Services to create new product marketing materials.
• Support product lifecycle management as new programs are executed and product lines are exited.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers to develop marketing and communication materials. Create communication plans, messages, and tactics for special projects.
• Create content by writing, editing, and delivering content across all communication channels (printed, electronic, PowerPoint, verbal and video) with a focus on employee communications. Ensure overall consistency of messages.
• Work with Portfolio Managers to further educate employees about proper use of the brand and serves as a brand ambassador.
• Serve as a social media coordinator, creating posts, promoting posts, answering questions, facilitating best practice sharing and bringing forward content ideas surfaced through the tool.
• Coordinate with Nutrien marketing initiatives to ensure Loveland Products is represented and positioned correctly.
• Utilize and leverage available digital technologies to complete work accurately and efficiently Lead, champion, and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and SH&E standards.
• Perform other related duties, as required.

What will you bring:

• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal marketing and/or marketing agency required.
• Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices.
• Ability to organize and create plans for holistic marketing campaigns and programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organization to achieve a common goal.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills.
• The highest ethical standards and sense of accountability.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Colorado, is between $59,300 - $90,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
