ABOUT THE POSITION

Learning & Development Project Manager

Advance your project management career by helping others grow theirs.

VHB is looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager to help bring our employee learning experience to life. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts that support L&D operations and technology initiatives across the firm.

You'll collaborate with partners across HR, Communications, IT, and other teams to manage projects that enable learning, growth, and performance. Whether it's rolling out new systems, refining internal processes, or coordinating delivery of key learning programs, you'll be a central player in building a culture of continuous improvement at VHB.

This position is available at either our Orlando, FL location or our Raleigh, NC location.

What You'll Do:

    Lead and manage projects that support the design, development, and implementation of learning and development solutions
  • Drive coordination across HR Business Partners, Communications, IT, and other key stakeholders
  • Project manage L&D systems rollouts, process improvements, and technology initiatives
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term success of initiatives
  • Organize and deploy live or virtual learning sessions in partnership with the L&D team
  • Ensure learning programs align with VHB's culture, brand, and strategic goals
  • Track outcomes and gather lessons learned to continuously improve future projects

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience; experience in L&D or HR-related projects preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage risk proactively
  • PMP or CAPM certification a plus
