Job Title: Analyst - Analytics & Reporting Location: CityScape What you'll do: As a Analyst - Reporting and Analytics, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll gather data, develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and assist in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions. One of your key responsibillities is to ensure data analysis needs by the business are met while operating within data governance requirements. Assist in creating, maintaining and optimizing accurate, recurring reports and dashboards to track business performance. Develop data visualizations where needed to communicate key metrics and insights effectively. Perform analysis on datasets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable analysis. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and regular quality checks. Partner with teams across the business to gather data requirements and understand their analytical needs. Maintain documentation of reporting processes and methodologies. What you'll need: 1+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Entry level to intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Entry level to intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
