Job Duties: Associate, Loan Management & Due Diligence with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Assist in providing business and operational support risk management and oversight for the Firm's Private Equity Capital Call (PECC) trading and sales businesses, while ensuring the integrity of the Firm's books and records through the development of workflows, systems and controls, from trade capture to settlement. Ensure that the Firm has the appropriate infrastructure with respect to technology, processes and controls to support complex private equity capital call financial transactions such that we meet our clients' needs as well as internal control standards and external regulatory requirements. Processing, control, confirmation and support with the approval process for transactions going to internal risk committees, and settlement of the Firm's and the Firm's clients' transactions to a high-quality standard. Work on control review and opine on PECC both the Firm's and clients' accounts facilities related to loan outstanding, uncalled capital commitments and portfolio management. cash, trading, clearance, or portfolios. Document process flows and create procedures manuals for the functions performed and then share this knowledge with new Analysts. Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop methods to reduce risks, increase controls, and increase customer satisfaction. Research and troubleshoot problems within the department. Account for the accuracy and quality of work and for appropriately escalating any unresolved issues to senior management. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with: working with trading systems; working with legal documentation of trade confirmations; tracking trades are allocated and in correct account or client funds; and assisting a settlement team ensure trades are in correct accounts.
