Senior Proposal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Proposal Manager to join our data center (DTC) global leadership team. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for governing the proposal development process throughout the regional business units (RBU) and working with RBU proposal managers to ensure the timely and accurate submission of high-quality proposals that align with Exyte DTC's strategic goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management, design and layout, and communication skills.

• Proposal Development: Establish and ensure the implementation of proposal development processes, including capture plans, kick-off meetings, quality reviews, brand compliance, and timely submission of proposals.
• Content Management: Update and manage the proposal content library, ensure proposal templates are utilized in all regions, and develop and monitor best practices to streamline future proposal efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business acquisition, engineering, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews of all RBU proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality. Implement feedback from stakeholders to improve proposal content.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide additional information as required.
• Market Research: Support market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on proposal activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned

• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, specifically in data center construction, is preferred.
• Prior sales leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
• Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, coordination, alignment, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Adobe Pro, and Photoshop) proposal management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Business travel as required.
