Description
HOLT CAT, the largest Caterpillar heavy equipment dealership in the United States, is hiring a full-time Shop Parts Coordinator at our Waxahachie, Texas location, situated at 550 Austin Road, Waxahachie, Texas 75165. The Shop Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering new parts, staging parts, inspecting parts, and returning parts/cores in support of the Service Department. This position will also be responsible for completing inventory functions and cleanliness of the parts warehouse.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
