New Student and Family Programs: New Student and Family Programs (NSFP) at the University of Central Florida is a critical unit to the success of new students and families at UCF. We provide a strong foundation for new students and their supporters to establish their unique pathways to student success and aim to lead the way in providing world-class onboarding experiences that build a culture of community, discovery, and innovation to enhance and maximize student success and well-being. Situated within Student Success and Well-Being (SSWB), New Student and Family Programs oversees new student orientation for both FTIC (first time in college) and transfer students in addition to the Pegasus Parent Program, which includes Family Weekend. The Opportunity: New Student and Family Programs is seeking an Administrative Coordinator II to provide administrative support and assistance by managing and maintaining all administrative aspects of NSFP operations. The Administrative Coordinator II manages all aspects of the student and family-facing customer service experience via supervision of the student staff, management of the external communication plans, and administrative tasks such as personnel, human resources, budget support, and other administrative tasks, as necessary. This position may be moved at managements discretion within the SSWB division to a commensurate level position as determined by the Sr. Vice President of Student Success and Well Being or their designee. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $20.29 - $20.90. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
