We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager with a strong environmental background to join our client's team. In this impactful role, you'll develop, implement, and manage programs that ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations-while driving sustainability and fostering a safe workplace culture.

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead environmental management efforts, including compliance with EPA, Clean Air Act, and Clean Water Act requirements.
  • Oversee waste disposal, air and water quality, hazardous materials, and sustainability initiatives like energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Conduct impact assessments, audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting (Tier II, TRI, GHG).
  • Support health and safety programs by conducting risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and other safety and environmental standards.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to build awareness and drive a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of EHS experience with a strong focus on environmental management.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
  • Proven success in sustainability program management.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
