Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team.

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Director to lead the transformation of our global Order-to-Cash (OTC) infrastructure. This is one of the most critical engines powering our hypergrowth and multi-billion dollar ARR.

In this role, you will not simply maintain systems. You will reimagine how revenue operations work, making them feel effortless for the business, and scalable as we grow. From consumption-based billing to marketplace monetization, from collections automation to audit-ready compliance, you will architect a future where revenue operations are intelligent, seamless, and self-correcting, all while leveraging cutting edge technology and AI.

You will lead a cross-functional team and partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. This is not only a technical leadership role. It is a business transformation role rooted in deep system and architecture ownership.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Scale What Works. Automate What Does Not.

  • Design and deliver automation-first architecture across Order Management, Billing, Collections, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Connect Snowflake's GTM and finance ecosystem through real-time integrations across Salesforce, Workday, RightRev, Marketplace, Avalara, HighRadius, and other fintech platforms.

  • Lead zero-touch enablement for new products, ensuring every new SKU is monetizable without manual setup.

  • Build secure, scalable systems that replace manual effort with precision and reliability.

Be the Glue Across GTM, Finance, and Product

  • Drive cross-functional programs across Product Billing, IT GTM, and Finance OTC teams.

  • Align with senior leaders on strategy, roadmap, and execution to turn business goals into system outcomes.

  • Translate complex architecture into business value for executive stakeholders.

  • Lead planning, define quarterly OKRs, and track performance against strategic outcomes.

Make Revenue Systems a Strategic Advantage

  • Ensure 99.9 percent uptime across revenue-critical systems supporting our global customer and partner base.

  • Streamline close processes and embed compliance such as ASC 606 and SOX into the systems and architecture.

  • Deliver intelligent automation for collections, payments, and customer self-service.

  • Enable transparency and control across the entire revenue lifecycle, both for internal teams and for customers.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD:
  • Inspire and grow a high-performing team that is responsible for systems that power Order-to-Cash value streams.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development support to help team members achieve their full potential.

  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and success measures for the team, with structured career progression paths.

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and business impact.

  • Champion inclusive collaboration across global functions and time zones.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud environments, with 5 or more years leading revenue operations or Order-to-Cash systems at a high-growth or hyperscaling company navigating rapid growth and global complexity.

  • Product mindset, passion for building wordclass systems, appetite for and experience with AI

  • Proven success in designing and delivering large-scale automation that replaces manual work.

  • Deep expertise in platforms such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, RightRev, Zuora, and RevPro.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of API design, real-time integrations, and event-driven systems.

  • Experience with consumption-based pricing, subscription billing, and marketplace monetization.

  • Deep understanding of ASC 606, SOX compliance, and financial audit frameworks.

  • Executive presence and ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.

You say what you will do, do what you said, and own what comes after.
