We are looking for Principal Cloud Solution Architect - Teams Platform who is highly motivated, independent, great problem solver who is passionate about working with customers that are adopting Microsoft's Teams Platform and Teams Events solutions to produce remarkable engaging experiences for employees, customers, and partners. In this Cloud Solution Architect role, you will enable customers to achieve their desired outcomes based on their investments in Microsoft Technologies including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva Suite and Microsoft Copilot.This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesPerforms the role of technical director / producer in support of introductory presentations, demonstrations, technical consulting, virtual event production and hybrid event production using Microsoft Teams platform. Manages customer executive relationships through project reviews, strategic escalations, and administration of project commitments. Clarifies definition of customer conditions of success and proposes strategies to address risks and concerns with meeting customer condition of success resulting in improved experience, value realization, and acceleration of customer desired outcomes. Drives customer/partner relationships to anticipate, identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate consumption and solution implementations (e.g., by application of technical capabilities). Gathers insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs, engagement experience), and maps architecture and digital transformation solutions to business outcomes. Develops and expands impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, specialists, event decision makers and business stakeholders Proactively uses knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft and its competitors in customer/partner conversations to identify growth opportunities based on knowledge of customer/partner needs. Generates new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for designated customers/partners. OtherEmbody our culture and values. |
