Job Opportunity: Remote Recruiter Are you a confident communicator with a knack for connecting people to the right opportunities? Join our fast-paced recruiting team and help drive hiring success-one conversation at a time. Role Overview This is a high-volume outbound recruiting role. Contractors are expected to: * Make 25 calls per hour * Book 100 interviews per week (targeting 2.5 bookings/hour) * Achieve 9 hires per quarter Your mission: identify qualified candidates, engage them effectively, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities * Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent. * Collaborate with local teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. * Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and schedule interviews. * Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly to keep candidates engaged. * Participate in ongoing training to enhance your recruiting skills and stay current with best practices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
