TEKsystems is seeking an ERP Administrator for one of our top clients in the Green Bay area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a fast-paced manufacturing organization known for innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support for applications related to procurement, production scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and reporting * Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve them * Work across multiple software installations with varying configurations * Guide users through process questions and application usage * Conduct testing in sandbox environments and document solutions * Partner with vendors to resolve escalated issues * Train end users and create documentation for best practices Qualifications: * Experience in a manufacturing environment is required * Strong troubleshooting skills; help desk background is a plus * Familiarity with ERP systems * Proficiency in SQL and data retrieval * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
