Job Title: Order Entry Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-drivenInside Sales Representativeto join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify leadsthrough outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. * Build and maintain relationshipswith new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Present and promote products/servicesto potential clients, addressing objections and closing sales. * Manage and update CRM systemswith accurate customer and sales data. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teamsto develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. * Meet or exceed sales targetsand performance metrics on a regular basis. * Provide feedbackto improve products, services, and customer experience. Qualifications: * Proven experience ininside sales, customer service, or a related field. * Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. * Ability towork independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency inCRM softwareand Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellentproblem-solving and negotiation skills. * High level ofmotivation and goal orientation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
