JOB DESCRIPTION
EMPLOYER: Delta Dental Insurance Company TITLE:Senior Quality Analyst Location: 1130 Sanctuary Pkwy, Alpharetta GA 30009; Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US. Salary Range: $92,000- $196,500/year Job Description: Design and develop QA strategy for Enterprise Data Platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify opportunities, and propose efficient data quality solutions. Implement data governance and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data quality tools, and frameworks. Mentor and provide guidance to junior Quality Analysts, assisting in their professional development. Ensure High Quality of Data for Enterprise Subject Areas. Support The QA Activities in Liaison with Other It Partners and Business. Automation For the Regression Testing. Reviews Requirements and Specifications to Provide Timely and Meaningful Feedback. Creates Detailed, Comprehensive and Well-Structured Test Plans and Test Cases. Estimates, Prioritizes, Plans and Coordinates Testing Activities. Executes Test Cases And/or Automation Scripts and Identifies and Documents Defects Thoroughly. Applies Test Standards and Testing Processes (I.E. SDLC, Agile). Collaborates With Internal Teams (I.E. Developers, Product Managers, Administrators) To Identify New Requirements to Improve Quality. Investigates The Causes of Routine Defects and Implement New Processes And/or Solutions (I.E. Software Upgrade). Installs, Configures and Maintains Testing Programs. Analyzes Quality Assurance Metrics and Creates Test Summary Reports. Creates Reports and Analyzes Data to Identify Solutions That Meet Business Goals. Analyzes Current Processes and Identifies Existing or Potential Problems in Order to Discover New Process Improvement Opportunities. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US. QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Applications or related field and two (2) years of experience in computer science, computer information systems or related role or in the job offered. Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
