ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Receive all incoming couriers, USPS and messenger items.*
  • Process outbound mail via Mail System
  • Inbound accountable mail will be automated through the use of TMG's proprietary Inbound tracking system
  • Sort and distribution mail & packages
  • Deliver copy papers to copiers as needed.
  • Deliver inbound mail and packages to mailboxes in a centrally located area
  • Deliveries to the Executive offices - 3rd Floor will be a direct delivery (not to a mailbox)
  • Maintain book Inventory
  • Manage the storage of books and keep them in an orderly, organized fashion.
  • Label and numbers books and notify teachers of their arrival.
  • Check out books to teachers and retain records
  • Retain records of Bd. of Ed. Books after orders have been placed while billing for lost books throughout the year.
  • Collect & record all books at the end of the school year
  • Maintain price lists for school books for billing purposes
  • Process black & white and color copy request & perform copier Kiosk
  • Responsible for smooth operation of all equipment in copy center
  • Keep multi-function printers functioning and supplied with paper and supplies
  • Run errands to the U.N., USPS, and other places instructed by CFO
  • Maintain school's Office Supply inventory in good order
  • Prepare requisitions for approval of general supply purchases
  • Fills supplies requisitions when received by other departments
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.


Qualifications:



  • Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handling multiple task simultaneously.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette. Well organized, with strong attention to details.
  • A team player with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material
