About the Role

As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be supporting site merchandising and operations. You will track and test site changes to drive conversion and support product launches and site merchandising optimizations. You will work cross-functionally with tech, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure flawless execution, and participate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own seasonal roadmaping and setup process for seasonal product launches including preparing all excel import sheets, managing roadmaps, and product image uploads.

  • Fully test/QA all tech releases - prioritizing any issues found to be fixed and subsequently validated.

  • Execute site testing and production builds.

  • Interface with merchandising teams to ensure site data integrity and correct product set-up

  • Interface with site managers, project management and e-technology team for timely database uploads, site deployments, and reporting of issues

  • Perform daily cleanup and maintenance of the site.

  • Assist in special projects, as assigned

Criteria

  • BA/BS Degree.

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, imaging, or web production.

  • Upbeat and agile team player, with keen attention to detail and the ability and desire to drive business results.

  • Confident communicator, with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented point of view.

  • Knowledge of asset and content management systems (WCM/DAM).

  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to execute complex formulas.

  • Familiarity with Airtable and/or QlikSense is a plus.

  • Desire to lead projects effectively and with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to adapt and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced and evolving working environment.

  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $26-$28/HR. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
