As a Security Professional - Patrol Specialist in Garner, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.19 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with X-ray screening is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post, so a valid driver's license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
