Position Summary: As our Human Resources Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the site leadership team, being responsible for leading the HR operations and processes in our Garden Grove site. You have the opportunity to participate in crucial initiatives regarding employee relations, talent development, performance management, and legal compliance. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our People strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Passionate about People: You have a knack for nurturing talent, developing future leaders, and are always figuring out ways to help others grow
  • Proven HR Expertise: With at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment, you've made significant contributions in a multi-site structure
  • Legal Savvy: You're well-versed in employment laws and regulations, especially those in California
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: You're required to work agile with the team and manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with HR technology and ready to leverage it for success, including HRI systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is [120,000-140,000/year, depending on experience].
