Description
Scope of Work: WPI Product Support Representatives are professional support representatives possessing an in-depth knowledge of our company, its products, services, and support programs. The PSR should be positive, professional, and promote WPI. The PSR will be assigned a territory and/or accounts and is expected to contact customers and recommend and quote parts, services and maintenance agreements provided by WPI's manufacture's and WPI. Primary Job Responsibilities: The Product Support Representative is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
