About the Role

This role is responsible for master data setup and Maintenance for North & South America. Positon provides end to end new sku setup along with part, price and structure maintenance, while meeting agreed upon service levels. The position is responsible for the integrity of material data within the ERP systems including CIS and other applicable systems. Work with the business (PM/Vendor) on properly attributing parts in each system to achieve desired results. Ability to pull reports from system of record and provide data to the business and provide basic testing as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Gather, create, compiles and loads price files, spreadsheet requests) related to material setup and maintenance. (45%)

  • Working in excel spreadsheets, using some advanced functions like vlookups, true/false statements (15%)

  • Maintains systems applications and troubleshoots issues (15%)

  • Ad hoc reports and analyses (10%)

  • Business partner meeting/support. (10%)

  • Perform basic requirements in testing environment (5%)

  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Meet attendance and punctuality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience is essential.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred, while an associate's degree is required.

  • Instruction Execution: Ability to follow instructions meticulously and seek clarification when necessary.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours or overtime as needed by the business.

  • Availability: Must be on-call as required and adaptable to consistent non-standard work hours.

  • Professional Environment: Comfortable working in a professional office setting within a hybrid work model.

  • Data Entry Proficiency: Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Mathematical Aptitude: Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations accurately.

  • Attention to Detail: Recognizes and addresses important details with precision and efficiency.

  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and build solid working relationships.

  • Stress Management: Capable of working constructively under pressure, especially during high workloads and tight deadlines.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to remain immobile for extended periods.

  • Adaptability to Technology: Quick to learn new systems and technologies, with basic proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

  • Qualified candidates can expect an hourly rate beginning at $24.00 or more depending on experience
