Overview

Team Pyramid has an upcoming need for an experienced Salesforce Developer supporting our federal customer. This project involves modifying an existing Salesforce-based ATS to include a new module built for the hiring of professional staff. This module will will automate a currently manual, email- and SharePoint-based hiring process. This role is 100% Remote!



Responsibilities

    Support the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce.
  • Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage Salesforce administration and configurations including organizational structure, app integration and other subscriptions.
  • Develop solution presentations for both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Implement writing codes that follow best practices in engineering, security and design.
  • Collaborate with other team members involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Write tests that ensures the quality and health of codebase.
  • Think through customer requirements and come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems.


Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience supporting a federal government agency (USN preferred).
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM software, including a deep understanding of its capabilities in Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Government Cloud Plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing Salesforce-based projects, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specific to Salesforce.
  • 4+ years overall software development experience.
  • Must have experience in gathering requirements from end users and creating developing application and enhancements
  • Preferred Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Appian Credentials


Target Pay Range

The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
