As aBenefit Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting Lakeside Foods' benefits strategy. You'll collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure our health and welfare plans are compliant and employee-focused. From open enrollment to compliance filings, your analytical skills and attention to detail will help shape a positive benefits experience for our workforce.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with internal teams and external consultants on plan renewals, implementation and compliance
• Support benefit enrollment activities, including communication, employee education and system updates
• Monitor legislative changes impacting benefit plans such as ACA, FMLA, state and local leave laws.
• Assist with compliance activities, including audits, data submission and calendar management.
• Analyze data and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to the development and support wellness programs
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc data requests

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits compliance and analysis
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other regulations
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros
• Experience with both health & welfare and retirement plans
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
