We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support multiple leaders within the Community organization.

As a Sr. AA, you are an assured, motivated, and organized self-starter who can work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through. You have excellent interpersonal skills; you listen and prioritize while applying sound judgment; and you can juggle multiple demands simultaneously. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and are able to work effectively with a minimum of direction. You bring a sense of humor and enthusiasm to work across organizations and with diverse personalities in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner.

What You'll Do

  • Extensive scheduling, calendar coordination and managing complex, cross-geo multi-time-zone and changing calendar coordinations, working through scheduling roadblocks while optimizing for the needs and priorities of the business.
  • General travel arrangements, domestic & international
  • Filter and manage requests for internal & external commitments
  • In collaboration with internal teams, to coordinate special projects including: Offsites, team building activities, and all-staff meetings
  • Submit and maintain expense reports
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide backup for vacation/illness

What You Need to Succeed

  • BA/BS degree preferred OR 8+ years of administrative experience OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Understanding drop of business priorities and workstreams to aid in optimal decision-making
  • Deep understanding of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrateexcellentattention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
  • Takes initiative, regularly identifies process improvements and ways to streamline complex efforts
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little direction
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-through
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion
  • Confidence and strong decision-making skills
  • Technical proficiency with productivity applications from Adobe, Microsoft, Slack and others
  • Eagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a team
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide support at events/conferences
  • Collaborative team spirit and ability to juggle / wear many hats
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $71,200 -- $152,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
