Position Summary

We're seeking a junior-level professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to bridge the gap between craft teams, COEs, and client-facing practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data and insight into actionable, well-designed content that informs and inspires.


Responsibilities

Program Support & Execution



  • Assist in the implementation and analysis of programmatic and Log Level Data brand safety practices across media campaigns.
  • Monitor key social and news signals using tools like Sightly, Pulsar, and NewsWhip; flag emerging risks or opportunities and translate emerging trends into actionable, data-driven insights
  • Generate recurring reports and dashboards to track brand safety and media responsibility efforts.
  • Maintain documentation of tools, workflows, and decisioning protocols.


Communications & Collateral



  • Draft internal and external communications, including POVs, one-pagers, training decks, and thought leadership.
  • Help design and package materials for presentations, workshops, and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with media and strategy teams to align safety guidance with campaign goals and audience needs.


Training & Education



  • Support the development and rollout of Polaris content, training sessions, and brand safety onboarding materials.
  • Assist in coordinating Media Standards & Responsibility sessions, guest speaker Q&As, and follow-up documentation.


Cross-Functional Liaison



  • Act as a point of contact between brand safety leadership and teams across comms, strategy, analytics, and activation.
  • Help ensure consistent alignment between IPG Mediabrands' brand safety principles and campaign execution.
  • Drive adoption of best practices among local day-to-day practitioners while soliciting feedback and actionable intelligence
  • Support internal mobility by sharing learnings and identifying collaboration opportunities across business units.



Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in media, marketing, communications, or adjacent fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills; experience designing and producing collateral (e.g., decks, one-pagers).
  • Ability to interpret data and trends, draw insights, and turn them into clear, actionable materials.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders across teams and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and basic analytics tools.



Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with digital media buying or platforms (e.g., programmatic, social, search).
  • Exposure to brand safety, data privacy, or media standards concepts.
  • Experience with content or social listening tools (e.g., NewsWhip, Pulsar, Sightly), as well as third-party verification tools (IAS, DV, Zefr).
  • Understanding of emerging media trends, cultural sensitivity, and the evolving media responsibility landscape.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
