Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Product Designer in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties: Solve complex UX problems across a variety of user personas. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and design research to create a vision for product area. Communicate ideas, sketches, flows, wireframes, prototypes, mocks, and overall design decisions to a variety of non-design stakeholders. Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish. Produce independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Work with engineering to accurately build and ship product experiences. Create designs that adhere to and extend existing design language and style guides. Help the design team reinforce a design-driven culture throughout the company. Telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related technical discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Executive Relationship management; (2) Analysis, design, and optimization of business processes via technology and integration; (3) Object-oriented programming; (4) relational databases; (5) SQL; (6) Enterprise Architecture; (7) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes; (8) Resource Management; (9) Tracking project plans; (10) managing vendor resources. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted. Salary: $157,600.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.
