OverviewJoin the Microsoft Cloud & AI Marketing team as a Marketplace Integrated Marketing Lead, where you'll spearhead strategic marketing efforts aimed at driving both supply and demand within one of Azure's most dynamic growth engines: the Microsoft commercial Marketplace. This high-impact role calls for a strategic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented marketer who can lead integrated programs to inspire app and agent development, accelerate publication, and generate meaningful demand. You'll create digital-first, full-funnel campaigns that guide developers and technical decision-makers from awareness through action-leveraging channels like web, blog, social, webinars, events, and video to drive scale, increase engagement, and improve conversion. This role centers on expanding the reach and impact of Marketplace offerings through orchestrated experiences, storytelling, and targeted outreach. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Engineering, Partner, Software Development Company, and Channel teams to craft compelling customer journeys, amplify developer momentum, and maximize marketplace success. ResponsibilitiesLead integrated marketing strategy and execution for Marketplace supply and demand, aligning closely with Product Marketing, Partner teams, and Software Development Company outreach to meet business goals.Design and deliver digital-first, full-funnel campaigns-across web, blog, social, webinars, events, and video-to drive awareness, engagement, app creation, agent publication, and marketplace adoption.Develop targeted customer journeys and nurture paths for developers, partners, and technical audiences, guiding them from interest through building and publishing on Marketplace.Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Partner, and Field teams to deliver unified messaging, scalable acquisition and nurture programs, and growth loops for the marketplace ecosystem.Leverage insights, research, and developer feedback to optimize messaging, inform targeting, and fuel campaign refinement.Measure and report performance across engagement, acquisition, publication velocity, and downstream demand; partner with analytics and product teams to refine strategy based on results.Contribute to quarterly and fiscal planning by identifying opportunities for investment and scalable impact within the Marketplace lifecycle.
