Job Description

Change Management Leader


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Change Management Leader to establish and lead our change management activities. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale projects that impact the entire enterprise, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the change management strategy and roadmap for large-scale projects.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder engagement. Direct involvement with the Project Management Office (PMO.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their involvement and support throughout the change process.
  • Communication: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep all employees informed and engaged during transitions. Includes crafting cases for change and related business benefits.
  • Training and Development: Partner with the internal T&D team to design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate these challenges.
  • Mentoring: Educate and guide staff in OCM principles and techniques to grow change champions as appropriate within projects and change initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and leveraging lessons learned to refine change management practices.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects in a complex organization.
  • Skills:



    • Strong leadership and project management skills.




    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.




    • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.




    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.




    • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change.
