Location: Remote Job ID: #71406 Pay Range: $60-74 ph (W2) Duration: 12 mos The deadline to apply is 08/29/2025 Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced testing professional to lead our testing effort in ensuring the quality of our IBM CloudPak for Data solution. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various services like Watson Studio, Watson Query, DataStage, Cognos, Data Pipelines, Data Refinery, and IBM Knowledge Catalog. You should be familiar with Openshift environment (and or Kubernetes), scripting in Python, Bash, and Linux environments. As a Testing Lead, you will be responsible for: Skills * Leading the testing efforts of IBM CloudPak for Data version 5.x, including load testing, performance testing, and regression testing * Coordinating testing sessions with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives after major changes/upgrades or in pursuit of target milestones. * Resolving and tracking scaling and performance issues working with internal SMEs and Vendor SMEs. * Utilizing automated testing tools like Load Runner to ensure efficient testing processes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and co-ordinate scripts development. * Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts * Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and reporting findings to stakeholders * Ability to track and present progress with reports that can be shared with leadership. Desired Skills * Experience with leading software testing, with a focus on load testing, performance testing, and regression testing * Experience working with IBM CloudPak for Data services, including: * Watson Studio * Watson Query * DataStage * Cognos * Data Pipelines * Data Refinery * IBM Knowledge Catalog * Familiarity with automated testing tools like Load Runner, Solenium, * Experience working in an Openshift environment * Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Python Scrips, application APIs in Linux environments * Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes * Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives * Strong problem resolution skills * Ability to work under minimal supervision.
