Summary The IT Intern should be ambitious about technology and service excellence with a future career goal in Information Technology. The selected student will have a primary placement within User Support. Recommended class schedule would allow for the Intern to work at least two days each week for at least four hours per day for at least 6 months or until graduation or business needs change. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist users and IT staff to resolve computer, telephone and mobile device problems
