We're actively seeking a talented Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst to join our in Newport Beach, CA. How you'll help move us forward:
Use SQL to build targeted audiences from Snowflake data for marketing campaigns such as product launches etc. Leverage Marketing Cloud automation studio to pipeline the audiences into data extensions. Conduct basic to advanced analyses of marketing data (CRM, Email, Engagement, etc.) to find opportunities to optimize or automate our marketing practices and explain trends in our data and the drivers of our marketing results. Define, endorse, and implement end-to-end Marketing metrics & KPIs. Share analytics across marketing groups and help drive adoption of Marketing Analytics efforts. Research new Marketing technologies and solutions for our marketing technology stack based on the strategic goals of the Marketing Department. Play a key role in the evaluation and addition of new technologies. Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting and communication and use analytic models to identify insights to drive key decisions across leadership and the organization. Provide mentorship to other members of the team and the marketing organization on standard methodologies for design, implementation, and testing of pioneering analytics insights. Leverage tools like R, Tableau, Python, and SQL to drive efficient analytics.
The experience you bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or equivalent work experience required 6+ years' experience in a related field. Familiarity with marketing, data, and project management technologies such as Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), Adobe Analytics, JIRA, ADO, Snowflake, and social advertising platforms (i.e., LinkedIn advertising & Facebook ads managers). The ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and an ability to translate between technical and non-technical functions. Strong technical skills and the ability to analyze information from various source systems. Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau. Being a self-starter who can analyze and solve problems of complex nature with little guidance. Experience communicating marketing, business, & technical requirements to clearly explain business goals/problems and the technical solutions that can help. Able to work effectively in a team environment, building rapport and relationships to develop an advanced level of organizational savvy. Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Excellent collaboration skills. Highly organized, positive attitude. A constant drive to stay up to date with the latest industry news and developments.
What makes you stand out:
Masters education in a related field. Experience with the Salesforce product suite including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, & Data Cloud. Financial Services / Insurance industry experience.

Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
