About the Role

Partner with global teams to identify and mitigate business continuity risks across End-to-End business processes, with the goal to assure business continuity, while optimizing process, technology, resources, and maintaining a strong control environment.

Work Mode

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a Hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities will Include



  • Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional business initiatives through the Magellan program.


    • This role requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership across multiple divisions, stakeholders, and project streams within a highly matrixed organization.


  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resources across workstreams.
  • Act as a liaison and influencer, helping to resolve differences between stakeholders, drive consensus, and support problem-solving to remove roadblocks.
  • Deliver regular updates and presentations to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team members, summarizing milestones, risks, and decisions.



SAP and System Integration



  • Leverage expertise in SAP to facilitate system integration, data governance, and process mapping across existing systems.
  • Utilize process documentation to simulate future-state environments and support system-related business readiness.
  • Collaborate with the Magellan PMO team, subject matter experts, solution architects, and super users to ensure alignment and implementation success.



Governance and Risk Management



  • Ensure adherence to Magellan's standard processes, timelines, and deliverables through proactive governance and status reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maintain project continuity.
  • Influence best practices and support the adoption of improvement initiatives, providing coaching and change management support as needed.



Process Improvement and Change Adoption



  • Promote and support opportunities to leverage technology, including process mapping, modeling, mining, and intelligent automation, to enhance solutions.
  • Partner with leaders, champions, and employees to share best practices and accelerate the adoption of standardized, harmonized processes.



Corporate Accounts Specific Responsibilities

Quote to Contract Process



  • Map and document the end-to-end quote to contract process, ensuring all steps are clearly defined and aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data is captured and integrated into the SAP S4HANA system for process optimization.


Capital Equipment Contracting



  • Map and document the end-to-end capital equipment contracting process, including evaluation and service components.
  • Address inventory management and accounting implications, ensuring accurate tracking and integration into new system.


Invoice Pricing



  • Ensure end-to-end invoice pricing integration from the Model N system to SAP, supporting accurate pricing on placed orders and one-time price overrides.
  • Partner with analysts to monitor invoice pricing, address discrepancies, and ensure consistency.


Customer Hierarchies and Master Data



  • Ensure process and technical changes to customer hierarchies and master data are well-documented and aligned with future-state requirements, including alternate and alliance hierarchies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm alignment and maintain data integrity within new system.


Rebate Programs



  • Map end-to-end processes for rebate programs, from contract drafting to monitoring, settlement, and customer notification, ensuring key information is readily available to analysts.
  • Work closely with the CCE team to ensure full coverage and alignment across rebate operations.


Other



  • Maintain a working understanding of related processes such as Billing to ensure end-to-end connectivity, even if not directly owned.
  • Conduct assessments of current systems to determine additional scope requirements and ensure full alignment with the program's objectives.



Required Qualifications



  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Engineering or related field and/or equivalentexperience


  • 7+ years technical professional or operational experience in medical device field required


  • 5+ years of project or program management skills


  • Working knowledge of SAP systemsand SAP implementation


  • Build strategic partnerships to gain further alignment of program goals and outcomes


  • Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment


  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
