Job Summary and Responsibilities SUMMARY The Site Acquisition Specialist (SAS) position will be responsible for performing all aspects of the site acquisition process for sites which are assigned to them in strict accordance with the customer requirements. This includes existing site lease/file review to determine existing entitlements, candidate identification for new site builds, identifying and ordering engineering and design services, review of engineering reports, lease negotiations, identifying zoning and permitting requirements, securing municipal permits, and all other services through securing Notice to Proceed. The SAS will be responsible for tracking progress and dates and reporting to their manager as well as the customer as they may be directed.
