Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager II to join our Advanced Manufacturing Group and lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills. This is the perfect opportunity for those experienced project managers, who enjoy leading from the front, managing stakeholder groups across all levels, and coaching team members. If you are inventive, dedicated and lead with a high level of integrity and humility this is the right role for you. Travel: This is a 100% travel position, and locations may vary based on the project. Mortenson hires for a career and not a project. The base pay range for this role is $128,300 MIN - $192,500 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. #LI-JN1 Visa sponsorship is offered for this position. Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days.
