As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Microsoft Surface Accessories and Services Attach, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our innovative portfolio at the forefront of AI innovation and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a robust PC attach motion, inclusive of Surface accessories, Designed for Surface accessories, warranty, and post-sales services. This is a Puget-sound based role with an expectation to spend up to 50% of the time on Redmond campus. ResponsibilitiesYou will drive go-to-market strategies for Surface attach by: Developing and executing worldwide retailer and commercial partner strategies. Supporting attach motions for accessories, warranties, and post-sales services. Enabling sales teams and partners with tools, messaging, and training to drive attach rates. You will monitor and report on: Attach performance and customer and partner feedback. Attach contribution to Surface PC programs. You will collaborate with Surface product teams to: Develop compelling value propositions for new Surface accessories. Define and refine target audience segments. Shape competitive positioning and differentiation strategies. Create messaging frameworks and demo narratives for accessories in development. Provide marketing input to ensure third-party Designed for Surface accessories are aligned with customer expectations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with: Consumer Channel Sales, Surface Commercial sales Category, and partner teams to align execution plans. Customer insights and research teams to validate messaging and audience targeting. Global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and scalability. Other Embody our culture and values.
