We are looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in adynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.
This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days in office at 11100 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 150, Minnetonka, MN

What You'll Do:

Gathers information to create electronic closing files

Searches and interprets real estate documents

Reviews documents for accuracy

Prepares final policies for customers as needed

Communicates professionally with all customers

Problem solver with strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn

Natural curiosity, enjoys researching the history and background of transactions

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of title related experience preferred

Pay Range: $19.82 - $26.43 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
