About the Role We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join a collaborative and close-knit team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, acting as a key liaison between customers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities * Accurately enter and validate customer orders in the ERP system. * Resolve order exceptions such as pricing discrepancies. * Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly. * Maintain detailed records of orders, purchase orders, and confirmations. * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. * Manage order monitoring, credits, cancellations, and purchase order revisions. * Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. * Follow established SOPs and internal procedures. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field. * Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's degree. * Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing. Work Environment & Culture * Hybrid schedule: Onsite at least 2 days/week (Wednesdays required). * Team of 25 with a supportive and collaborative culture. * Casual "dress for your day" environment. * Performance reviews conducted regularly (no strict KPIs). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
