Order Management Associate
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days/week, including Wednesdays Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST We're seeking a personable and driven Order Management Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, is resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a key liaison for customers, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders from entry to resolution. Key Responsibilities * Accurately enter and validate customer orders in ERP systems. * Resolve order exceptions such as pricing discrepancies. * Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency. * Maintain detailed records of orders, purchase orders, and confirmations. * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing. * Monitor orders, manage credits/cancellations, and handle purchase order revisions. * Follow SOPs and process documentation to ensure compliance and consistency. * Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or related field. * Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or CRM platforms. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
